If you go to the center of Essex and take a left, then take your first right past the cemetery, you'll come to a dead end and a sign on the left saying 'Private Drive.' Since my tax dollars probably paid for the road I took the left and in the nearby field is a well-maintained and fully-operable windmill. I used a fast shutter speed to stop the movement of the vanes.
