Sometimes a wide-angle lens just isn't wide enough. With the sun over my shoulder and the water as smooth as glass, this image was the result of stitching seven images together in Photoshop. The camera was placed on a Really Right Stuff 'Pano Elements Package' which was calibrated to the major nodal points of the zoom lens; in this case at 70mm. The image was shot with a Nikon D3x and 24-70/2.8 lens at ISO 100 This image is available framed or matte only in the following sizes: ● 8x24 print / 12x28 matte |
