110612 - Ledge Light

The sun rises behind Ledge Light on Christmas morning. What's nice is that there's no one else there. They're either sleeping or unwrapping presents. A winter sunrise is not always a guarantee because of the weather, so this was my Christmas present. This was taken from Pequot Avenue in New London.

The image was shot with a Pentax 67 and 90-180/5.6 lens and Velvia 100.
