Taken from Elizabeth Park on the border between Hartford and West Hartford. Not only a good place for images of Hartford, but also a good vantage point for the Riverfest fireworks. The blue/pink band in the sky is the Earth's shadow. This was taken in April before the leaves blossomed, which would have blocked part of the skyline.
