100619_098 - Kent Falls State Park

Kent Falls is my favorite waterfall. Front to back it is a long series of cascading falls. These are the second tier of falls with a wide-angle lens and a slow shutter speed to get water movement at the base. The trick is to get there around 7am before hoards of people start to enter the park and climb all over the falls.

The image was shot with a Nikon D3x and 17-35mm f/2.8 lens, ISO 100.
